WHAT PTU IS ABOUT
The St. Bernadette School PTU provides volunteer and financial support for the enrichment of the children at our school.
By working closely with the school administration, as well as the teachers, we can provide supplementary educational programs, purchase additional equipment, and help fulfill classroom needs.
A great way to learn more about your school, get connected with parents and get involved in the process is to become active with the Saint Bernadette PTU. Parent groups play an important role in building the kind of supportive school environment where both students and teachers can do their best work.
WHAT WE DO
Over the past several years much of the PTU’s spending has been in support of new media equipment for Dempsey Hall, computer equipment, science lab renovations, and the School Reach system. We are also proud to have provided the existing Playground Structure, a Robotics program, and numerous Teacher “Wish List” Items.
Thanks to the assistance of our many volunteers, the PTU continues to support:
Adopt-a-Family, Back to School Picnic, Basket Raffle, Book Fair, Box Tops, Catholic Schools Week, Educational Rewards, Family Events, Holiday Mart, Holiday Shoppe, Hospitality, Host Family, Kindergarten Events, School Social Events, School Supply Kits, Uniform Resale, Walkathon.

Please consider volunteering!
There are a million ways to help with the success of the school year. Some don’t even require that you leave your home! If you can spare a little or a lot of time and whether you work full time or not, we appreciate any amount of time you can give, and it is a great way to get to know people!
